Richard Hardy, Joint Director and owner of Fig & Fleur has been involved in the hospitality and food sector for over 28 years and served 20 years as a Head Chef.  He has successfully run Vintage Hog Roast Co. for the last 11 years and this year, Richard and his wife, Emma, decided to form Fig & Fleur – Food, Bar & Events. 

About Us

Richard has catered for Sky, Britvic, Hamley’s, Hewlett Packard and many other Blue Chip companies. This has given him the opportunity to cater at some of the country’s biggest venues including Blenheim Palace, Olympia, Excel, Tobacco Docks, Taste of London, Henley Festival & Reading Festival among many more. 

Fig & Fleur operate from our purpose built, 5 star rated fully equipped professional kitchen in Berkshire. We have a reliable team of chefs and staff that create our events team. We cover the areas of Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London. 

At Fig & Fleur we are focused on providing our clients with exactly what they want, because each event is unique and special. Bespoke menus can be created to suit all tastes from the delicate to the robust.  We will work very closely with you to design and deliver a successful event with excellent food, presentation and service. 

As well as advising on the food and drink we can help you with all aspects of your event from selecting a venue or choosing your marquee company to helping with the design, planning and organisation of your event to meet your budget. 

With our passion for  food and drink and knowledge of providing wedding breakfasts, canapé receptions, large corporate events, festival catering, hog roasts, barbecues and bar services, Fig & Fleur are able to assist from the start to the finish of your event.
